Prevala pass (South Bulgaria) is open to traffic to all vehicles on 14th of January. The movement of heavy goods vehicles weighing more than 12 tonnes on the II-37 Batak-Dospat road was restored, the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) announced on 14th of January.

The Agency operates a Situation Centre, which collects and summarises data about the conditions of all roads across the country, all year round non-stop.
