Road Agency is experiencing technical difficulties with issuing e-vignettes

There is a technical difficulty in issuing electronic vignettes, the Road Infrastructure Agency said on 31^st of January.

Currently, they can only be purchased from the www.bgtoll.bg site, the mobile application, the self-service terminals and the cash desks at the regional offices of the road agency,

For technical reasons, the e-vignettes could not be bought via the national service provider with which the Road Infrastructure Agency had signed a contract to distribute them.

The agency said it is working to fix the problem.
