The districts in Bulgaria with the highest rate of infection are Pleven, Vratsa and Kyustendil, where the number of Covid-19 infections as of March 7 is more than 500 per 100,000 population. (Kyustendil - 538 per 100 000 people; followed by Pleven – 553; Vratsa - 500, and the city of Sofia - 484.
