Bulgaria’s capital Sofia is among the top 30 fastest developing cities in the world and is in the first place among the European capitals in terms of GDP growth rate for the recent 10 years, Sofia’s Mayor, Yordanka Fandakova said on 27th of September at the opening of the first meeting of mayors from countries from Central and Eastern Europe and from China.
The initiative 16+1 is currently taking place in Sofia Tech Park under the motto: “Sofia – intersection of new opportunities”.
