SOFIA OPERA ON TOUR IN JAPAN

Three weeks after the triumphant performance of “The Ring of the Nibelung” on German stage, Sofia Opera is going on a tour to Japan.

From 6th to 22nd of October, the operatic troupe, managed by director acad. Plamen Kartalov, will have 6 performances of "Turandot" by Puccini and 3 performances of "Prince Igor" by Borodin in the Land of the Rising Sun.

Some of the most famous opera houses in the world go on tours in Japan: the New York’s Metropolitan Opera, La Scala from Milan, Vienna Opera, Mariinsky Theatre from St. Petersburg.
