The ski season in Vitosha mountain ski resort, near Bulgaria’s capital Sofia, was officially opened on 3rd of January.
Ski lovers can enjoy night skiing on Vitoshko lale (Vitosha tulip) slope. Although there is not much snow yet, the ski season was opened two weeks earlier this year. The pistes are in excellent condition and the snow is perfect for winter sports.
Prices of daily lift tickets remain the same as last year’s – 35 BGN for adults, 28 BGN for students and 21 BGN for children. The ticket for night skiing costs 22 BGN.
