Unique light show in Plovdiv will mark the Day of Europe

Unique light show will mark the Day of Europe in Bulgaria’s second largest city of Plovdiv, which in 2019 is the European Capital of Culture.

This evening, at 21:30, is the first light display will feature the theme of the right of choice, reflected in the ancient history and the rich world cultural heritage. The three-dimensional mapping show "Together we choose our future" will be broadcast today at 22:00 on BNT2.

Some of the most beautiful facades in the city centre will be lit up by the colourful projections of a massive 3D mapping show and five light installations.

The spectacular light dispaly in the European Capital of Culture, Plovdiv, is organized by the Bureau of the European Parliament, the Representation of the European Commission in Bulgaria and the Municipal Foundation "Plovdiv 2019".
