A website developed by a Bulgarian company has been recognized as the best in the category of financial services and won a prize in the 2016 Interactive Media Awards competition.
The Interactive Media Awards recognize the highest standards of excellence in website design and development and honor individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievement.
Created by the Interactive Media Council, Inc. (IMC), a nonprofit organization of leading web designers, developers, programmers, advertisers and other web-related professionals, the competition is designed to elevate the standards of excellence on the Internet and offer winners a boost in marketing and exposure. IMC serves as the primary sponsor and governing body of the Interactive Media Awards, an international awards program recognizing excellence in web design and development.It establishes the judging system and provides the judges for the competition.
IMC members serve as judges for the IMA awards. Members of the jury include companies such as Microsoft, New York Times, CNN, Time Warner, Verizon, Kik communications, Emerald Pictures, Rufus Leonard, Franklin University and others.
The site www.taxtake.com, developed by a Bulgarian software company, won the award for the best website for 2016 in the area of Financial Services. The site was developed under specification of an international company providing tax, accounting and consulting services in the field of American taxation.
The judges evaluate websites based on five criteria: Design, Content, Feature Functionality, Usability and Standards Compliance. The maximum number of points for each of the five criteria is 100. Our site won a total of 487 points, which placed it first in the category “financial services”, Yordan Terziev, chief developer and project leader explained.
