An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.8 on the Richter scale was registered near the souythBulgarian city of Stara Zagora at 1:00 pm on August 21.
According to the latest data of the Mediterranean Seismological Centre, the epicentre was in the triangle between the villages of Malko Asenovo and Byal Izvor in Dimitrovgrad municipality and the village of Opan in Stara Zagora municipality.
According to initial data, the epicentre of the quake was 13 km northeast of Dimitrovgrad.
No injured people and material damages were reported, the press office of the district adminstation in Haskovo said.
