"Alpha Research" exit polls for the EP elections: Five parties will have MEPs

Centre-right GERB-UDF lead in the European Parliament elections with 25.8% of the voters’ support, according to an exit poll by "Alpha Research" polling agency at 7 pm on June 9, 2024.

“We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria” are in second place with 15.9%, Vazrazhdane party is in third place with 14.8%, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms are fourth with 14.1%, Bulgarian Socialist Party is in fifth place with 8.8%.

“There is Such a People” with 5.7%, “Velichie” (Greatness) with 3.6%, "Blue Bulgaria" with 1.3%, Solidarna Bulgaria with 1.1% remain below the 5.8% electoral threshold.

According to the data, GERB-UDF will have six MEPs. "Vazrazhdane”, “We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria” and Movement for Rights and Freedoms will have three each, Bulgarian Socialist Party - two.

Voter turnout in Bulgaria, according to the exit polls of "Alpha Research" was 31.6% for the European Parliament elections. The option "I do not support anyone" was marked as the choice of 2.9% of the voters.
