Bulgaria officially joined the Ljubljana-Hague Convention on International Cooperation in the Investigation and Prosecution of Genocide, Crimes against Humanity, War Crimes and Other International Crimes.
The Minister of Justice Atanas Slavov on February 14 signed the Convention on behalf of Bulgaria.
With regard to definitions, reference is made to the definitions given in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, to which Bulgaria is a party.
