As of 1st of November, Bulgarian traffic police begins the operation “Winter”, which aims to ensure that vehicles are ready for driving in winter conditions.
Traffic police will inspect tyres, lights, heating and the overall condition of the vehicles.
Drivers whose cars were found not to be ready for the winter conditions will be issued warningss at first, but from the mid-November they will be fined.
