"I believe that with the joint efforts of the British authorities and in collaboration with governments in partner countries, the perpetrators of this monstrous act will be found and bear the punishment they deserve," Borissov wrote in the condolence address to the UK's Prime Minister Teresa May.
The Bulgarian Prime Minister wished success in the efforts of the competent authorities of the United Kingdom in this difficult situation. "Our thoughts are with the people of the United Kingdom as they try to come to terms with the grief and the horror they experienced at this moment," Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said.
