Code Yellow Weather Alert Issued for 18 Districts in Bulgaria over Intesne Rain

Code yellow weather alert for rain and thunders has been issued for 18 districts in Central and Western Bulgaria on 26^th of May. In some places the precipitation will be significant.

The rainfall is expected to be between 10 and 20 l/sq. m and up to 40 l/sq.m. in some places.

Break in the clouds is expected In East Bulgaria, but rain is possible at places. The day temperatures will be between 15 and 20 degrees and about 15 in Sofia.

Rainfall is expected in the mountains, intense and accompanied by thunder in some areas. At the altitude of more than 2,000 m above sea level, the rain will be mixed with snow. The wind will be moderate.
