Coronavirus in Bulgaria:376 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 376 from 2,469 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on October 27, 2023.

Test positivity rate is above 15%.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the pandemic are 1,322,293.

The active cases are 5,472.

Of the total, 502 patients are in hospitals, 29 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 492 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 1,278,288

• 3,595 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to 4,690,712;

• 2 Covid-19 related deaths, bringing the total to 38,533;

Of the daily cases, 52,93%% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 50,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 60 new hospitalisations, of which 68,33% had not been vaccinated.
