DSK Bank Wins “Bank of the Year” completion

DSK bank is the winner In the annual competition organized by “Bank of the Year” Association, held in Bulgaria on 5 July. “The awards have always been a reflection of what is happening in the financial environment in which we live,” the chairman of the Management Board of the Association, Valentin Panayotov, said at the opening of the event.

In his words, these awards are not a recommendation for the awarded banks, but they are a recognition for the work of the people employed in the banking sector.

Awards were presented in a few other categories: Market share – won by UniCredit Bulbank; Efficiency – won by DSK Bank; Dynamics of Development – won by Postbank.

Citibank Europe, Branch Bulgaria is the winner in the category Foreign Banking Branch.

Societe Generale Expressbank won the prize in the "Secret Client" category.

The winner in the category "Bank of the Client" is the First Investment Bank and was chosen by voting on the website of the Association.

A special diploma was given to CIBANK for the deal of the year in the banking system - the acquisition of UBB.
