"Lukoil Neftohim Burgas" will sue all those who claim that the company operates in violation of European legislation and thus damage the reputation of the company. This was announced by the refinery in an official statement to the media on July 20.
It says that the company has always fully fulfilled its commitments under the concession contract concluded in 2011 for 35 years, therefore they see no reason for cancelling the contract.
The refinery also recalls that the state authorities continuously and regularly monitor the company's activities and so far no violations have been detected. They reject claims of political affiliation.
