Macedonia’s Prime Minister Zoran Zaev is on his first official visit to Bulgaria on 20th of June. He will meet with Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, and later with President Roumen Radev.
Sofia is the second European capital Zaev visits after Brussels. Some days ago, he said that from Bulgaria, which will assume the rotating presidency of the EU on 1st of January 2018, he expected good cooperation and support for Skopje's Euro-Atlantic orientation.
A key topic in the talks is expected to be the future of Macedonia in the EU and NATO.
