A total of 1,288,000 pensioners in Bulgaria will receive a bonus of 40 BGN (20 euro) for the Easter holidays. The bonus will be paid to people, whose pension, including allowances and compensations, is up to 314 BGN, which is the poverty line for 2017, the government’s press office said on 8th of March.
The bonuses will be added to the pensions in April.
The government will transfer additional 51,500, 000 BGN under State Public Insurance budget. The funds were provided for the account of restructuring of the expenditures in the 2017 state budget.
