MRF Honorary Chair Ahmed Dogan or party chair Dzhevdet Chakarov to be at the top of the candidates list in Razgrad in the upcoming snap election

Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Honorary Chair Ahmed Dogan or Dzhevdet Chakarov, will lead the list of "Alliance for Rights and Freedoms" in the northeastern constituency of Razgrad. This became clear in the afternoon on September 19. Today before noon Dogan surprisingly appeared at the headquarters of the MRF and began meetings with the structures and consultations on the candidates' lists.

Exactly at 11.53 a.m. the MRF honorary chairman Dr Ahmed Dogan arrived at the party's headquarters. The press centre circulated photos with a short text:

"Dr. Ahmed Dogan is back in his home, the MRF headquarters, warmly welcomed by our youth," the message said.

Over the next three hours, representatives of the structure from the country also came and went from the headquarters. They said that Delyan Peevski was not among the topics discussed.

"We do not comment on him. We are discussing our organisational issues and the nominations we made," explained Dr Beytula Sali from the MRF structure.

"Mr. Dogan is returning to politics and the most natural thing is to be at his workplace.

"The lists will be pout together by the collective bodies of the party. That is why Delyan Peevski and his aides were expelled from the," Tonchev said. The MRF structures want Dogan to lead all candidates lists but the law does not allow that,” he added.
