Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borisov expressed an opinion in favour of the declassification of the minutes of the consultations held on 29th of June 2014 with the Bulgarian President in relation to the collapsed Corporate Commercial Bank (CCB) and the situation in the financial sector in the country.
According to PM Borisov, the Bank's collapse is a topic of outstanding public resonance and the publication of the talks held days after the CCB was placed under special supervision will create an opportunity for an objective opinion on the actions taken by the institutions and will meet the expectations for transparency regarding the decision-making.
Borissov’s opinion comes in response to a letter from Bulgaria’s President Roumen Radev.
