Five political parties would have entered the Bulgarian Parliament if the elections were held today, the results of a survey by Trend polling centre showed on 24th of January.
The centre-right GERB, the centre-left Bulgarian socialist Party, United Patriots, the liberal Movement for Rights and Freedoms and Volya (Will) party of businessman Mareshki would enter Parliament, the results of the survey revealed.
According to the respondents, GERB would receive 32.2% of the votes and would be ahead of BSP by nearly 3%. The United Patriots would receive 10.4%, MRF – 7.8% and Volya would receive nearly 6% support.
The nationwide survey was conducted from 10th to 17th of January among a sample of 1,000 Bulgarians, using face-to-face interviews.
