Scaffolding collapsed during retrofit works outside a 13 storey block of flats in the city of Blagoevgrad, Southwest Bulgaria on 6th of June.
Four workers who were in vicinity have not been injured. The area has been zoned off.
Fortunately no workers were injured because they were out for a lunch break.
Shortly before the collapse, they started to dismantle the scaffolding.
Air conditioners on the building were broken as a result of the incident.
