The talks between the centre-right GERB and the United Patriots alliance on forming a coalition government continue on 26th of April. The two political powers are discussing the draft coalition agreement, allocation of cabinet portfolios and the members of the future cabinet, which they will propose to Parliament.
The names of the future cabinet members are expected to be announced on 4th of May. It will include 4 Deputy Prime Ministers and 17 ministers. For the time being, the only thing that is clear is that GERB leader Boyko Borissov will be nominated for Prime Minister. He said on 25th opf april that talks on ministerial appointments were not held yet.
On 25th of April, Bulgaria’s President Roumen Radev concluded the consultations on forming a f=government and is expected to offer the exploratory mandate to GERB on 27th of April.
