In a telegramme to the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, Bulgaria's outgoing Prime Minister Boyko Borisov expressed condolences to the families of the victims of the bloody attack in Berlin on 19th of December.
"Bulgaria rejects any form of violence and any act of terrorism further strengthens the will to unite efforts for protection of human life and our shared values. We are shocked by the cruelty and believe that the perpetrators of the act of violence will be held responsible", the telegramme says.
