Bulgaria’s President Rossen Plevneliev has postponed the handing of an exploratory mandate to form a government that had been scheduled for 12th of December. The day has been declared a day of national mourning for the victims of the cargo train explosion in the village of Hitrino.
The mandate-handing will take place on 13th of December at 11am, the President’s office said.
