Bulgaria’s President Radev Called the Consultative Council for National Security

Bulgaria’s President Roumen Radev convened a meeting of the Consultative Council for National Security on 30^th of May. This is the council’s first meeting since Radev took office as the President.

It is attended by Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Boyko Borissov; the speaker of Bulgaria’s Parliament Dimitar Glavchev; Bulgarian Socialist Party leader Kornelia Ninova; the leader of Volya party Vesselin Mareshki; Minister of Finance Vladislav Goranov; the Chair of GERB’s Parliamentary Group and Deputy Chair of GERB party Tsvetan Tsvetanov; the Chair of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, Mustafa Karadayi.

The topic to be discussed includes the possible risks and threats to the national security of the Republic of Bulgaria and measures to enhance it.
