"With deep sorrow, I received the news of the horrific terrorist act, during a concert in the Manchester Arena that led to the loss of innocent lives. In connection with this tragic event, which has engulfed many families in sorrow, I would like to express, in my own name and on behalf of the Bulgarian people, the most sincere condolences and sympathy for the families and relatives of the victims", the letter says.
The Bulgarian Head of State expresses his hope for the rapid and successful recovery of the citizens injured in the terrorist attack.
