The Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) will turn down a possible mandate to form a government, BSP leader Kornelia Ninova said in the press conference after the socialist-backed candidate Rumen Radev won Bulgaria’s Presidential elections on 13th of November and Prime Minister Boyko Borissov confirmed that his government would resign due to loss of voter support.
Ninova said that BSP would fight to become the first political force at the early general elections and then form a government.
Ninova thanked everybody who voted for Rumen Radev. She highlighted the broad support Radev received from other parties’ voters.
