Bulgaria’s ambassador to Turkey, Nadezhda Neynski, was called for consultations in the ministry of foreign affairs to report on the situation in Turkey in relation with the preparation for Bulgaria's forthcoming early parliamentary elections, scheduled for 26th of March.
After the meeting, the foreign ministry said that there was no change in the position regarding the relations between Bulgaria and Turkey – Bulgaria would continue to maintain a constructive dialogue with neighbouring Turkey and considered unacceptable any external influence on the election process for Bulgarian Parliament.
