FOURTH PRE-ELECTION DEBATE IN BNT MORNING PROGRAMME ‘THE DAY BEGINS’

The fourth pre-election debate within the BNT morning programme “The Day Begins” took place in BNT Studio 1 on 23rd of March. The debate was held under the agreement, which Bulgarian National Television had signed with the parties and coalitions registered for the vote on 26th of March. Participation in this form is free-of-charge. The participants submit applications for this participation three days before the debate. The first eight parties who had applied within this period can participate in the debate.

The participants debated on the topic of the economy with a focus on incomes, investments and emigration of young people abroad.

All participants were placed in a level playing field and the answers to the first questions were in order as determined by the draw of the Central Election Commision.

Alexander Tomov - Coalition of disaffected (BSD Euro-left, Bulgarian Social Democratic Party, Christian – Social Union)

The third debate was on the topic of education and wad held on 16th of March. The second debate in the Day begins was on the topic of Healthcare, while the first debate discussed the topic of security, including crime; state border guarding; national security in the condition of terrorist threats.
