We support Ukraine in its just cause to preserve its independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty, in accordance with the UN Charter and international law, caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said in Dubrovnik, where he participated in the Ukraine-Southeast Europe Summit, the government press service said on October 9.
The forum is aimed at securing support from the countries of the region for Kiev in the struggle for freedom and peace. This is the third edition of this high-level political format after the meetings in Tirana in February and in Athens in August this year.

A joint declaration reflecting the main messages of the meeting was adopted. Caretaker Prime Minister Glavchev pointed out that the position he expressed was strictly in line with the decisions of the Bulgarian National Assembly. We will support Ukraine as much as necessary, according to our capabilities, the caretaker Prime Minister was adamant.
Speaking at the forum, caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev stressed that the war in Ukraine requires European integration to remain high on the political agenda of the European Union. "EU enlargement is a cornerstone for peace and prosperity among the peoples of Europe. I hope that Ukraine will maintain its momentum towards European integration," Glavchev said.
