Influenza epidemic is declared in Sliven district for the period from 6 to 12 February. Students continue their studies in attendance.
The decision was taken today, February 5, by the Regional Operational Headquarters for Combating Influenza and Acute Respiratory Diseases.
The influenza incidence in the dstrict reached 259.54 cases per 10,000 people.
Scheduled consultations for healthy pregnant women and children, routine medical check-ups, compulsory immunizations and visits to medical and social institutions have been suspended.
Strict daily checks of overall health upon arrival will be introduced in schools, kindergartens and nurseries. Increased disinfection is mandatory.
