The talks on forming a parliamentary coalition following 26th of March early elections are expected to start next week, it emerged from a meeting of the Executive Commission of the centre-right GERB, the party which secured the highest number of seats in the next Parliament.
On the night following the close of polls, GERB leader and former Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said that he would convene a meeting of the party’s leadership on Monday, 27th of March, to discuss future actions. However, he clarified that he would wait for the final results from the early parliamentary elections, which would determine the next participants in 44th National Assembly. Depending on that, GERB would decide which the potential partners in the government would be.
