The transportation of the ballot papers for the early parliamentary elections, scheduled for 26th of March, started on 17th of March. The ballot papers are transported under tight security measures. In the presence of journalists, a batch of ballots set off this morning from the printing works of the Bulgarian National Bank to 5 regional administrations in the country.
264,700 ballot papers were delivered in Haskovo, South Bulgaria, by 10% more than the number of voters in the region. The papers for the regions of Pleven and Smolyan also were delivered.
