Voter turnout in the second round of Bulgaria’s 2016 presidential elections is 41.93% by 17:00 on 13th of November, The Central Election Commission said.
The turnout is lower in comparison with the same hour in the first round of the Presidential elections, when it was 45.11%.
The highest turnout is in Sofia – Pernik – 49.82% and the lowest turnout is in the South Bulgarian district of Kardzhali – 27.13%, the spokesperson of CEC, Kamelia Neikova said.
