A total of 210 people sought medical help at the Emergency Ward of Pirogov Hospital in the last hours of 2023 and the first hours of 2024, the emergency hospital reported on its website.
One hundred and ninety-one of them were adults and 66 were children. 23 of these patients had no medical insurance.
The management thanked all doctors at Pirogov who were on duty.
On the New Year's Eve, nearly 200 alerts were received in the metropolitan Emergency Aid
49 people, including 9 children, were taken to hospitals for treatment.
The Emergency Aid specified that among the injured there were also young people with alcohol intoxication.
A total of 15 medical teams were on duty on the festive night.
