The 52-year-old man who was killed last night (June 8) at “St. Konstantin and Helena" seaside resort near Varna, is a Ukrainian citizen, according to unconfirmed information available to BNT.
At the same time and in the same area of the resort, on the road to Vinitsa district, a car with a registration from the Romanian town of Constanta was set on fire. According to BNT sources, the burning of the car is connected to the murder. The car has completely burned.
Police are at both locations and are working.
The complex, in front of which the body of the murdered man was found, is inhabited mostly by Ukrainian citizens, but some of the apartments there are also rented out to tourists on a short-term basis. It is owned by Russian citizens.
Residents of the apartment complex told BNT they heard nothing disturbing last night.
