Bulgaria’s representative in 2017 Eurovision song contest, Kristian Kostov, is set to perform in the second semi-final, which will take place on 11th of May in Ukraine’s capital Kyiv. Kristian will appear on stage under number 15 and will perform the song Beautiful Mess.

The most watched music event of Europe will be broadcast live at 22:00 Bulgarian time on BNT1 and BNT HD channels.
Viewers and juries from 20 participating countries in the second semi-final will have the possibility to vote for the Bulgarian representative (Ukraine; France; Germany; Switzerland; Macedonia; Estonia; Israel; Malta; Holland; Serbia; Denmark; Romania; San Marino; Lithuania; Croatia; Norway; Belarus; Hungary; Austria and Ireland).
According to the voting rules of the contest, viewers in Bulgaria can vote for their favourite entries from the above listed countries. Bulgarians in those countries have the chance to support Kristian.
The voting window will open after the last song has been performed. Voting guidelines will be displayed on the TV screen.
The semi-final 2 jury show will take place tonight, 10th of May, when 21 juries will cast their votes in order to determine the 10 qualifiers of the second semi-final. The night will be important for Kristian.
The 21 juries include 18 participating countries of the semi-final and 3 out of 6 finalists; France, Germany and the host country Ukraine.
A jury show takes place the night before every live Eurovision show. The jury sees a full dress rehearsal run at the venue before the broadcast of the official live show the following day.
