Eleven people were injured and one was killed in a mass fight in the town of Kazanlak, central Bulgaria, on March 20.
They were taken to the emergency medical centre in the town, seven of them were later transported to the hospital in Stara Zagora. They are in critical condition, with life-threatening injuries.

The incident happened this afternoon at the market in the town. Two groups of 30 people from the villages of Tuzha and Manolovo, in the municipality of Pavel Banya, had an old family feud. They were going to a court case against each other, met and that's how the fight started. Axes and hoes were used in it.
The police arrived at the scene. Some of the brawlers fled the scene but were later tracked down. Some were arrested.
The two families fought a few months ago near the police station in Kazanlak. Then 9 persons were detained for up to 24 hours under the Ministry of Interior Act.
