Bulgaria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has instructed the Bulgarian embassy in Kiev and the Consulate General in Odessa to facilitate the procedures for issuing visas to ethnic Bulgarians in regions where military actions are conducted, the Government’s press office announced.
