108 MPs voted in favour of the motion.
In June 2014, an investigation was undertaken against Tsvetan Gounev by prosecutors on allegations that he did not exercise proper oversight over the activities of Commercial Corporate Bank (CCB).
Since the end of November 2014, the investigation was extended in relation to the permission given by BNB to CCB to increase its capital by 35 million euro.
