Bulgaria’s Head of State, Rosen Plevneliev, expressed hope that Bulgaria would have a new government by 10th of November. He announced that on 31st of October he would start consultations with the parties and coalitions represented in Parliament.
The President said that at the recent general elections the Bulgarian public clearly showed they want a Pro-European and a democratic government, which would prove that Bulgaria was a free and democratic country.
