Four Arrested with a Large Amount of Drugs in Sofia's Krasno Selo District

Four people were detained in thevelling on December 4 in the Sofia neighbourhood of Krasno Selo following a police operation by officers from the 6th Regional Police Station, BNT has learned. The detainees were travelling by taxi, resisted arrest, and attempted to flee.

According to initial reports, various types of drugs were found in the vehicle, including marijuana, cocaine, amphetamines, crystal substances, and Xanax tablets. In addition to the drugs, knives and brass knuckles were also recovered. The vehicle is being examined, the substances are being catalogued, and field tests are being conducted.

BNT also reports that three of those detained had previously been briefly held on Monday evening for their involvement in provocations following the protest, but were released at the time as no prohibited items were found in them.
