A 30-year-old worker at the largest state-owned enterprise in the military and industrial complex, Vazovski Mashinostroitelni Zavodi (VMZ) in the town of Sopot, died today, October 25, in an accident at the plant, police in Plovdiv said.
An ambulance was called. The man had injuries incompatible with life.
Plovdiv Labour Inspectorate Director Atanas Chernaev confirmed that there had been an accident and said he had sent a team to the scene.
