Ships assigned to Standing NATO Maritime Group Two (SNMG2) are on a scheduled visit in the Bulgarian port of Varna during the group’s deployment in the Black sea.
The vessels are from the USA, Germany, Italy, Canada and Turkey. During the deployment, SNMG2 ships are training with ships from the Bulgarian, Romanian and Turkish Navies.
Before the start, on the board of the US vessel “Vicksburg”, the commanders presented the aims of the training.
