Security Council reform is imperative if the world is not to remain hostage to an intensified global political confrontation. This is what President Rumen Radev said at a meeting with the UN Secretary General.
"Bulgaria supports the Secretary-General's position for the Security Council to be reformed as soon as possible so that it returns to its primary task of preventing and resolving conflicts," the Head of State said on September 21.
