Two people are in hospital following a dramatic accident in Vratsa last night, november 30.
A car with Sofia registration ploughed into a fast-food restaurant.
The driver, aged 25, and his passenger, 22, sustained injuries and are being treated in a hospital in Pleven. One suffered a broken limb, while the other sustained a head injury, according to the Pleven Police Directorate.

Authorities believe the two were likely travelling at excessive speed.
The impact was so severe that the vehicle broke through a barrier at a large retail chain car park in Vratsa, crashed into the restaurant’s bar, went through a metal fence, and came to a stop on the railway tracks.
After the crash, the two initially fled the scene but later surrendered to police in Cherven Bryag. It is not yet clear whether they were tested for alcohol or drugs at the scene.
