Ivan Geshev comments after President’s Decree for his early dismissal as Prosecutor General

“There is nothing more important in the world than the truth. Justice is the result of truth,”, Ivan Geshev wrote on his Facebook page after he was dismissed from the post of Prosecutor General on June 15.

These "politicians" who distorted the truth and unfairly removed me because of the words "political rubbish, excuse the expression”,"will they achieve the approval of the people in this way?" Will the blatant disregard of fundamental legal principles and the erasure of vitally important principles such as democracy and justice will be accepted by the people as normal".

The battle for justice is not just my personal battle, the battle for justice is the battle of the entire Bulgarian people, Geshev wrote.
