Road builders staged on July 27 blocked various junctions across the country in protest. They went on an indefinite strike over overdue payments.

The protests will be daily in front of the building of Parliament and at about 20 key road sections across the country. According to road builders, the state has not paid about 720 million BGN to about 80 companies for works already completed by them.


In Sofia, the number of protesters outside the building of Parliament continues to grow and their colleagues from the country made blockades.
